Decolare.md ("the site", "the service") is an information service for searching and comparing flight ticket prices. By using the site, you agree to these terms of use.

The site is intended for informational purposes and helps you find and compare offers from airlines and travel agencies.

Decolare.md collects and displays flight prices, a low-price calendar, flight schedules, and reference information about destinations and airlines.

Some data on the site is for demonstration purposes (for example, the online flight board) and is always clearly labeled as such.

Decolare.md is not an airline, tour operator or travel agency and does not sell flight tickets directly. Ticket sales, payment processing, issuing the e-ticket, booking changes, cancellations and refunds are handled by the airline or partner agency under their own terms.

We make an effort to keep displayed prices and destinations accurate, but we do not guarantee they are fully up to date at the moment of booking: always confirm the final price, seat availability and fare conditions directly with the airline or agency.

Decolare.md is not responsible for the actions of third parties — airlines, agencies and payment systems — that a user is directed to from the site.

The text, design and structure of the Decolare.md website are protected by copyright. Copying materials without the rights holder's consent is not permitted.

We may update these terms of use. The current version is always available on this page, with the date of the last update.
